• The stylishly designed property is set amongst bushland on a large secluded block - a mere 10 minutes to the Flinders Island airport and 15 minutes from the small, but vibrant, town of Whitemark.

• The spacious, open plan living area has timber floors, high ceilings and is flooded with natural light.

• Sliding doors lead onto a wooden wrap-around deck, offering expansive views across Bass Strait to Castle Rock and Marshall Bay.

• The designer kitchen provides a full range of modern cooking facilities including a coffee machine.

• There are gorgeous navy velvet sofas, comfy reading chairs, a large dining table and a wood-burning heater – all of which help to create an idyllic island escape.

• There are two generous queen-sized bedrooms (one with en-suite) that have private access to a balcony and waterfront views. There is a third with a single and double bed.

• Beds are all fitted with designer 100 per cent cotton bed linen, electric blankets and hotel-quality mattresses and doonas.

• A large family bathroom is off the living area with a shower and in-built laundry. Sheridan towels are provided along with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hairdryer.

• The smell of freshly cooked bread will welcome you on arrival. You will also find the owner’s free-range eggs in the fridge together with breakfast supplies for the first morning including milk, muesli, tea, coffee and condiments.

• There is also an outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet, a BBQ, an outdoor dining table, fishing rods and picnic equipment.

• Fresh flowers from the owner’s garden are in every room, and magazines have been thoughtfully placed throughout the house.

NOTES

Emita is a quiet coastal neighbourhood, where it is rare to share your beach or coastal walks with anyone. You can take your pick of some of the most instagrammable beaches on the island - Emita, Allports, Lillies, Port Davies, Sawyers Bay and Marshall Bay.

Meander along the coastal paths or head north and tackle Mt Killecrankie. Pop next door to visit the local museum and experience the mouthwatering meals produced by Cafe North which operates on weekends. The historic Wybalenna Chapel is a five-minute drive from Allports and offers an intriguing insight into the Indigenous history on Flinders Island.

Cancellations & Refunds

A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. Full payment is due no later than seven days before arrival. To be entitled to a full refund you need to provide at least 14 days notice otherwise you forfeit the deposit.
